Countdown - 10 Sundays

Okay, I know I promised to update the construction of our new home.

There is one thing I needed to do first...
watch the sunrise in my Craft Coloring Loft.

I got my coffee and my favorite Rose chair
and watched the sunrise.

Simply... it was beautiful.

My neighbor Debbie commented on how special
the mornings are at Coyote Loop.
Thank you, Debbie!

Then I walked our home and envisioned what
it would feel like when we actually are living on Coyote Loop!

 You are probably wondering why
Countdown - 10 Sundays?

10 Sundays = 10 weeks!
10 weeks until we move in!
Lot #10 on Coyote Loop - just thought of that!

So.. each Sunday morning I am going to watch
the sunrise in a different part of the house.
My official way to countdown.

If, you want a sneak peak of the Craft Coloring Loft please view:

And, I promise to get all my blog readers construction updates thru out the week.

Portland to Newberg

The home that Ed and I have lived in for the past 7 years - Sold!

However it is happy - yet very sad.

Why Sad?
Saying good-bye to our wonderful neighbors
Quality construction of our restored 1925 home
The rose and hydrangea garden outside the kitchen window
Block Party - Labor Day Weekend
(I hope they continue the party)

Why Happy?
Saying hello to our wonderful new neighbors
Quality construction of our 2013 home
A larger rose and hydrangea garden outside 3 key windows
(hopefully the deer will stay on the hillside)
Coyote Loop Party - in July

Change... allows you to grow and experience new places and people.
I love change!

We are now Newbergers or is it Newbergians?
A question I will have to ask.
One change Ed and I are experiencing is living in a town house.

Walking down the stairs early last Sunday morning
outside our window was a hot air balloon.
A nice surprise - quite Fun!

In between moving - packing and unpacking
we have watched the construction continue on Coyote Loop!

Over the next few weeks I will update the construction on the blog.
From windows, plumbing, electric, outside siding, garage floors.
And, of course septic!
